Did you know that many of our people don’t know how to read or understand English? Trying to follow the news on Television is a daunting task due to the language barrier. Radio Continentale/Power 102.1 FM is a non-profit organization. Our goal is to educate and inform diverse communities in their own languages. We hire skillful djs speaking many languages in order to meet our goals, meaning caring for our communities.
Furthermore, Radio Continentale/Power 102.1 FM is a non-paid driven commercial. It is very costly to keep such station running 24/7 without paid commercials. Subsequently, one day we may end up not being able to stay in the air. However, we would love to continue servicing and entertaining our communities.
